Miscellaneous Items & Over-the-Counter Medications
A watch for telling time in the very likely event of a dead cellphone battery is especially encouraged.
Eye wear/protection such as sun glasses and/or safety glasses and hearing protection are recommended.
A fork, spoon, knife, small rubber spatula, bowl, and a water bottle are especially encouraged to minimize the use of disposables.
A high amperage cellphone charger and external or supplementary battery are recommended.
Decongestants, cough suppressants, allergy, motion sickness, and pain relieving medications are all recommended.
Need help with shared cabin sleeping?
Hearing protection such as earplugs or in-ear noise reducing earphones with sufficiently low profiles for sleeping are recommended in case of loud sleepers. An eye mask or other personal sleeping aids are also recommended. A nasal decongestant helps with easy breathing. A phone prop and extra long charger cord is helpful for sleeping with a phone.
Need help packing? Less is More.
The right articles of clothing when worn together can enable a person to get the most out of a wardrobe. An undershirt, thermal layer, together with a t-shirt, enables the wearer to modestly strip off the thermal layer, and get a second wear out of the t-shirt. At home with a in-unit-washer-dryer, one might never think of wearing a layer or two more than once. But if you can, you can cut down. Less is more.
Curious about Eating on the Road?
Lots of running around. Day 1, start the routine of packing lunch and snacks in the morning, even enough for a late or early dinner. It’s all good! Leftovers are AWESOME. CCX provides hot breakfasts on non-travel and non-tradeshow days – hot dinners on most non-travel days. Fresh and wholesome. Vegetarian focused. Meat also served.
